Connecting Communities offers support to NDIS participants to access social, community, recreational and volunteer opportunities in the community. We can provide support to community activities and events such as:
  • Visiting the library
  • Going to the cinema
  • Joining a social club/group
  • Attending sporting events
  • Personal shopping
  • Attending appointments
